We are building a community where property owners and travelers meet with trust and efficiency.
How We Work (And Our Transparent Charges)
One of the biggest questions we get from property owners and partners is, "How does the commission work?"
At Gover Shelter Limited, we believe in fairness. We understand that property owners work hard to maintain their spaces. Therefore, our business model is designed to support you while ensuring we can provide top-tier marketing and booking services.
For our valued Shortlet Owners and Hotel Partners:
When you list your property with us, we charge a 10% commission on the amount posted for the booking. This means if you list your apartment for ₦100,000, our fee is just ₦10,000. The rest goes directly to you.
This 10% fee covers:
- Marketing & Visibility: We push your property across our extensive social media network (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) to ensure it gets maximum exposure.
- Customer Acquisition: We handle the inquiries, the negotiations, and the booking process to secure you a vetted guest.
- Platform Maintenance: It helps us keep the platform running smoothly so guests can find you easily.
For guests, this means you get access to a wide range of vetted properties, knowing that our partnership with owners allows us to get you the best possible experience.
Why Book With Us?
- Variety: From cozy shortlets for a private retreat to luxurious hotel suites for a grand outing.
- Verified Listings: We prioritize your safety and satisfaction by working with reliable hosts.
- Ease of Payment: Seamless and secure transaction processes.
